Juventis Wellness Mobile Spa-Cancellation & 
Deposit Policy

At Juventis Wellness Mobile Spa, each appointment is prepared in advance to deliver a personalized, luxury wellness experience directly to you. Because of the time, travel, and product preparation involved, we respectfully enforce the following policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

  • Promotional or Special Bookings: Bookings under special pricing or event promotions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled if canceled within 24 hours.

  • Deposits:

    • For regular appointments, the $50 deposit is not applied toward the total service cost.

    • For promotions or special bookings, the deposit will be applied toward the total service cost at the time of service for 1st time clients only.

    • If cancellation occurs with proper notice (more than 24 hours in advance), the deposit may be transferred once to a future booking.
